Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Bonchie Agro WhatsApp service, the Bonchie Agro web and Android app, or this website (together, "the service"). The service is provided by BONCHIE AGRO LTD (RC 8890578), 1, Ilo (Ilara) Farm Settlement, Epe, Lagos State, Nigeria. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What we provide

2. Advice and its limits

The AI assistant gives general information, not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. It will never give medication doses. For sick birds, high deaths or any emergency, contact a vet or your state veterinary or extension office straight away.

Warnings are based on the numbers you log and on general industry benchmarks. Their accuracy depends on the accuracy of your records. You remain responsible for decisions about your farm.

3. Vets and farm visits

4. Plans and payments

Some features are free and some require a paid plan. Prices are always shown before you pay, in naira. Paid plans last for the period you pay for and do not renew without your action. You can stop using a paid plan at any time; fees already paid for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Your data

Your farm records belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or if WhatsApp or our providers have problems. We may change or improve features, and will tell you in advance about changes that affect paid plans.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BONCHIE AGRO LTD is not liable for losses of birds, income or profit resulting from decisions made using the service, from the advice of independent vets, or from service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after telling you why where possible.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint, contact us first at hello@bonchieagro.com and we will try to resolve it within 14 days.
